BakeWATCH allows the user to monitor and record temperature profiles through the baking process with up to six channels of temperature measurement. The software provides analytical tools in an easy to use and powerful Windows® based format. It allows the user to graphically chart the baking cycle with pinpoint accuracy, taking out the guesswork in balancing ovens for optimum quality control and throughput. The software also has built-in Statistical Process Control functions for advanced data analysis. Multiple language settings are included.
